  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, ½-inch sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients for the fajita seasoning.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 380 °F.
  • In a large bowl, mix the sliced chicken, bell peppers, red onion, olive oil, and fajita seasoning until everything is well-coated.

Cooking

  • Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket, spreading it out into an even layer.
  • Air fry for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through. Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 °F.

Serving

  • Serve your fajitas in small tortillas with your favorite toppings.
  • Store any leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Notes

Cut the vegetables and chicken evenly to ensure they cook at the same rate. Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking. Experiment with spice levels by adding more chili powder or diced jalapenos for extra heat.
