Preparation

  • Clean the mushrooms and pat them dry.
  • Toss the mushrooms in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any desired herbs or spices.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Place the mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.

Cooking

  • Air fry the mushrooms for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even browning.
  • Remove the mushrooms from the air fryer and serve them warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for crispiness.
