  • 1 head cauliflower (chopped into bite-sized florets)
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil Can substitute with avocado oil or melted coconut oil.
  • Salt to taste Salt
  • Black pepper to taste Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Fresh minced garlic can be used instead.
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • to taste optional grated Parmesan cheese Add for a nutty, cheesy finish.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets for even cooking.
  • Place the florets in a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, then toss until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread the cauliflower in a single layer without overlapping.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • If using Parmesan, sprinkle it on during the last five minutes of baking.

Serving

  • Serve hot from the oven, optionally with ranch or garlic aioli for dipping.

Notes

For extra crispiness, try broiling the cauliflower for the last couple of minutes, but watch closely to avoid burning. If short on time, consider buying pre-cut cauliflower florets.
