Instructions
 

Preparing the Bruschetta

  • In a bowl, combine the diced Roma tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Mix until well combined. Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes.

Preparing the Cheese Mixture

  • In another bowl, blend the crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt until smooth and creamy.

Assembling the Dip

  • Spread the cheese mixture evenly in a serving dish. Top with the bruschetta mixture. Garnish with chopped basil, red pepper flakes, and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Stir before serving if components separate.
