  • 2 pieces Apples Use any variety you like
  • 1/2 pieces Lemon Juiced
  • 1 inch Ginger root Peeled

Evening Juice Ingredients

  • 1 cup Carrot juice Freshly prepared
  • 1/2 cup Chamomile tea Chilled
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dried lavender flowers Optional, great for relaxation
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup

Instructions
 

Morning Juice Preparation

  • Wash and peel the carrots.
  • Core the apples and chop them into smaller pieces.
  • Juice the carrots, apples, lemon, and ginger using a juicer.
  • Stir well and serve immediately.

Evening Juice Preparation

  • Prepare chamomile tea and let it cool.
  • In a blender, combine carrot juice, chamomile tea, honey, and lavender.
  • Blend until smooth and serve over ice if desired.
