  • 450 g ground chicken A lean protein base for the crust.
  • 2 large eggs Acts as a binder for the crust.
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese For flavor and texture.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder For added flavor.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning A blend for traditional pizza taste.
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce Your favorite pizza sauce.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese For melty cheesy goodness.
  • 20 slices pepperoni Optional topping, can be replaced with other ingredients.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, eggs, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
  • Transfer the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and press it into a thin, even circle or rectangle.
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or until golden and firm. Let it rest for 5 minutes to set.

Topping and Final Bake

  • Increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C). Spread on pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni slices.
  • Bake for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is melty and bubbly.

Serving

  • Let it cool slightly, then slice and serve hot.
