  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Can use pre-minced garlic for quicker preparation.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can substitute with half-and-half.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Grana Padano or Pecorino Romano can be used as substitutes.
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes Feel free to adjust for spice preference.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Make sure to season well before cooking.

Instructions
 

Preparing the Chicken

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Cook the chicken fillets for about 5-7 minutes per side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.

Sautéing the Garlic

  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic.
  • Sauté the garlic for about 1 minute until it becomes fragrant, making sure not to let it burn.

Making the Creamy Sauce

  • Pour in the heavy cream into the skillet with the garlic, stirring to combine.
  • Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and add the red pepper flakes.
  • Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.

Bringing It All Together

  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, coating it well in the creamy sauce.
  • Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serving

  • Serve the chicken fillet alongside crispy fries, and garnish with chopped parsley for an inviting presentation.

Notes

For spicier sauce, add more red pepper flakes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
