  • 1 cup Sugar for Cinnamon-Sugar Mixture Use a 1:4 ratio of cinnamon to sugar.

Optional Garnishes

  • 1 cup Fresh Fruit Strawberries or blueberries recommended.
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips Sprinkle mini chips on top.

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add eggs, one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
  • Stir in vanilla extract to the filling.

Making the Cinnamon-Sugar Mixture

  • Mix cinnamon and sugar for the churro coating.

Assembling the Cheesecake

  • Spread crescent dough in an even layer in a baking dish.
  • Pour cheesecake filling over the dough.
  • Top with another layer of crescent dough and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until lightly golden and set.

Cooling and Serving

  • Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
