  • 1 cup cottage cheese (2% or 4% recommended) Good Culture brand recommended for high protein.
  • 2 large whole eggs
  • 1 pinch salt (optional)

Optional Add-Ins for Flavor Enhancement

  • 1/2-1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese Optionally for additional flavor.

Instructions
 

Mixing the Dough

  • Gather ingredients and blend cottage cheese until creamy.
  • Combine cottage cheese with eggs and salt in a food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and create a sticky dough.

Rolling and Shaping

  • Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Spread evenly into desired shape (round or rectangle).
  • Use a rolling pin to achieve even thickness.

Cooking

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  • Optionally, use a skillet to pan-fry for 3-4 minutes per side.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Excellent as a wrap or pizza base. Experiment with various seasonings and toppings.
