  • 1 cup cottage cheese Low-fat cottage cheese for reduced calories.
  • 1 large egg Can be replaced with flaxseed meal mixed with water for a vegan option.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1 large egg. Mix until the mixture is smooth.
  • Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and any optional herbs or spices. Customize flavors to suit your taste.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Cooking

  • Pour a portion of the cottage cheese mixture into the heated pan and spread it out into a thin layer.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the edges start to lift and the surface appears set.
  • Carefully flip the wrap and cook for another 1-2 minutes until lightly golden and cooked through.
  • Repeat with the remaining mixture, re-oiling the pan if necessary.

Serving

  • Serve warm with your favorite fillings or toppings.

Notes

For extra crispy wraps, allow them to cook longer before flipping. You can also add shredded cheese or finely chopped vegetables for added texture.
