  • 8 oz whole wheat pasta
  • 1 lb lean chicken breast
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Can substitute with sour cream or dairy-free alternative.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Adjust quantity according to taste.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cooking the Chicken

  • In a large skillet, add the chicken breast and cook over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  • Remove from skillet and slice into strips.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Lower the heat and stir in the Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese until well combined and creamy.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet. Toss everything together until coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving

  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the pasta in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm in a skillet over medium heat or in the microwave until heated through. For variations, add vegetables like spinach, broccoli, or cherry tomatoes by sautéing them with the garlic.
