  • Boil water in a pot. Once boiling, add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions, typically 2-3 minutes until they float.
  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Toss in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, approximately 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and allow it to come to a gentle simmer for about 2 minutes.
  • Gradually add crumbled feta cheese, mixing until melted and well blended into the creamy sauce.
  • Once the gnocchi is ready, drain it and add it to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat the gnocchi evenly with the creamy sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Plate and serve warm, enjoying each delightful bite.

Notes

For best results, avoid overcooking the gnocchi and keep an eye on the garlic to prevent burning. Add a pinch of nutmeg for extra flavor.
