  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  • In a bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until well coated.

Cooking

  • Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to promote even cooking.
  • Check for doneness by ensuring they are golden and crispy, adding extra minutes if needed.
  • Serve immediately while hot and crispy.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the basket to ensure even cooking. For extra crunch, sprinkle a little cornstarch over the sweet potatoes before coating them.
