  • 2 medium sweet potatoes Peeled and cut into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Can substitute with any cooking oil

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper To taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin strips.
  • In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Baking

  • Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden, flipping halfway through.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
