Preparation

  • Place the four chicken breasts in your crock pot, ensuring they are spread out evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the chopped sundried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well until blended.
  • Carefully pour this mixture over the chicken breasts in the crock pot, making sure the chicken is fully covered.

Cooking

  • Set your crock pot to low and let it cook for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours for tender and flavorful chicken.

Serving

  • Once cooked, serve the chicken over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes. Garnish with fresh basil.
