  • 1 packet fajita seasoning

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the chicken or beef in the slow cooker.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers and onions.
  • Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the top.

Cooking

  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

Serving

  • Serve in warm tortillas or over rice.
  • Add your favorite toppings such as sour cream, cheese, or salsa.

Notes

Leftover Crockpot Fajitas can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze the fajita mixture after cooling. For extra flavor, marinate the chicken or beef in fajita seasoning for a few hours before cooking. You can also add more vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms or spicy jalapeƱos for a kick.
