Preparation

  • Begin by melting the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in short bursts, stirring often to prevent burning.
  • Once melted, remove the chocolate from heat and allow it to cool slightly before incorporating other ingredients.
  • Slowly add the chopped Medjool dates and chopped nuts to the melted chocolate, mixing gently until well combined.
