Ingredients
  

Chocolate Base

  • 6 ounces dark chocolate chips Choose high-quality chocolate with 55-65% cocoa content
  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips Used for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Kataifi Layer

  • 4 ounces kataifi shredded dough Provides a crispy texture

Pistachio Cream Filling

  • 1 tablespoon tahini Adds creaminess
  • ½ cup pistachio nut butter Rich and flavorful

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Melt the dark chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  • Prepare the kataifi dough by separating it into long strands.
  • Mix the kataifi with melted butter and form a layer in the chocolate mold.
  • Spread the pistachio nut butter and tahini over the kataifi layer.

Melting Process

  • Temper the white chocolate by heating and cooling, then drizzle it over the filled mold.

Chilling

  • Refrigerate the molds for 30 minutes or until set.

Notes

For best results, ensure chocolates are stored in an airtight container to prevent moisture absorption. Allow refrigerated chocolate to come to room temperature before consuming.
