  • 1 pinch salt Enhances the flavor.

For Garnish

  • 30 grams cocoa powder For dusting the truffles.
  • 30 grams chopped nuts Almonds or pistachios work well.

Preparation

  • Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the tahini and sugar until well combined.
  • Add the melted chocolate to the tahini mixture, along with rosewater and salt, and stir until fully incorporated.

Chilling and Shaping

  • Pour the mixture into a lined tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
  • Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.

Coating

  • Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or chopped nuts to coat.
  • Place the coated truffles in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
