Ingredients
  

Steak Bites

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces Choose a well-marbled steak for extra flavor and tenderness.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter Unsalted butter is preferred.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Adjust amount based on preference.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the steak bites with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Once the steak bites are cooked, drizzle the garlic butter over them and toss to coat.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the steak bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them back in the air fryer for a few minutes until warmed through. You can add different seasonings or spices, such as paprika or cayenne pepper, for extra heat.
