Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients: whole milk, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and sea salt.
  • Combine milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a saucepan.
  • Heat mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • Whisk until sugar dissolves and milk is hot (about 5 minutes).
  • Add dark chocolate and semisweet chocolate.
  • Melt chocolate completely while stirring (about 2 minutes).

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently and stir often. Add fresh milk when reheating to restore creaminess.
