Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 5 pieces vegetable gyozas
  • 2 pieces spring onions, thinly sliced Use the whiter ends for frying
  • ½ bulb pak choi, sliced into chunks
  • 20 grams ginger, finely grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ piece courgette, spiralised
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli oil Adjust based on spice preference
  • to taste salt & pepper

Preparation

  • Add the chilli oil into a medium-sized saucepan on low heat.
  • Add half of the sliced spring onion (the whiter end) into the pan and season with salt. Fry for a couple of minutes.
  • Add garlic and ginger to fry for a minute.
  • Add in the gyozas, pak choi, courgette, vegetable stock, and soy sauce.
  • Stir to combine and put a lid on top. Simmer for around 7 minutes.
  • Serve with a sprinkle of spring onion and some chilli flakes.

Notes

Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or mushrooms. For a non-vegetarian version, use chicken gyozas and chicken stock.
