Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the black beans, avocado, cocoa powder, applesauce, and honey until smooth to create the brownie mixture.
  • In another bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, quinoa flour, almond flour, whole wheat flour, and eggs.
  • Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
  • Add grated zucchini and mix thoroughly.
  • Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cooling

  • Remove from the oven and let the baked goods cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
