  • 1 cup Mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup Macadamia nuts, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons Garlic, minced for dip
  • 1 cup Cream cheese for stuffed hearts
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped for stuffing
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh herbs, mixed for stuffing

For the main dishes

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil for sautéing
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated

For the desserts

  • 2 cups Grated hearts of palm for cake
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Shredded coconut
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Melted butter
  • 1 can Full-fat coconut milk for pudding

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Rinse fresh hearts of palm and cut off tough ends if needed.
  • For salads, combine hearts of palm with mixed greens and other ingredients.
  • For dip, blend hearts of palm with garlic, cream cheese, and seasonings.

Cooking

  • Sauté hearts of palm with garlic, olive oil, and spices for main dishes.
  • Bake hearts of palm cake at 350°F (175°C) for 40-45 minutes.
  • Chill the coconut pudding for at least 2 hours before serving.
