Meatball Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef Use lean ground beef for a lighter option.
  • 1/2 cup almond flour Keep meatballs tender and low-carb.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Enhances flavor.
  • 1 large egg For binding.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Add extra flavor.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning For a herbaceous flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

For the Sauce

  • 1/2 cup butter Melted for sauce.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Additional for the sauce.
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  • In the same skillet, add additional minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Serving

  • Serve the meatballs drizzled with the garlic butter sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months.
