Notes

Slicing the beef thinly is key for quick cooking. If you freeze the beef for about 30 minutes before slicing, it makes it much easier to cut thin slices. Feel free to add other veggies like mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor. Experiment with different types of cheese to find your favorite flavor combination. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze wrapped individual rolls for up to a month.
