  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced dill pickles (patted dry)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or Italian seasoning

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, finely diced dill pickles, optional green onions, and seasoning (garlic powder or Italian seasoning). Stir until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
  • On a large sheet of parchment paper, lay the salami slices flat, ensuring they do not overlap.
  • Using a teaspoon, spread about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture on each salami slice, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Starting from one end, carefully roll each salami slice tightly, applying gentle pressure to ensure they hold their shape.
  • If necessary, secure each roll with toothpicks to keep them together. Chill the roll-ups in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving for best flavor and texture.
  • You can either serve these roll-ups whole or slice them into pinwheels for a fun presentation at gatherings or parties.

Notes

For best results, enjoy them cold or at room temperature. Can be prepared in advance and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
