Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Cooking Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano For seasoning the chicken
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning the chicken
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano, then add them to the skillet, cooking until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes each side.
  • Add cherry tomatoes and olives to the skillet, stirring to combine.

Cooking

  • Reduce heat and cover the skillet, letting it cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 10 more minutes.
  • Sprinkle feta cheese over the top and remove from heat.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve warm, paired with a simple green salad or crusty bread. Can also be served over rice or quinoa. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
