Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

For the Topping

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
  • Lightly spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and place the chicken breasts in the dish.
  • Spread the mayo and cheese mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.

Cooking

  • Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C).

Serving

Notes

This chicken pairs well with steamed vegetables, fresh salad, or mashed potatoes. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.
