Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Naan bread Use plain, garlic, or whole wheat naan.
  • 3 tablespoons Pizza sauce Traditional pizza sauce, marinara, or pesto.
  • 3 ounces Mozzarella cheese Freshly grated for best melt.
  • various Toppings Options include pepperoni, grilled chicken, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, etc.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Brush on naan for a crispy crust.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or the air fryer to 350°F.
  • Brush each naan with olive oil on one side.

Assembly

  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the naan, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Add your choice of toppings on top of the cheese.

Baking

  • Place the naan pizza on a baking sheet or directly on the oven rack and bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

Serving

  • Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool slightly, slice, and serve immediately.
