  • 1 cup Vanilla protein powder Can be substituted with other flavors
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk Can be replaced with any milk alternative
  • 2 large Eggs Can be substituted with flax eggs for vegan option
  • 1 medium Mashed banana Acts as a natural sweetener
  • ½ cup Maple syrup Optional, for extra sweetness
  • ½ cup Fresh blueberries Optional, for flavor

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, almond milk, eggs, mashed banana, and maple syrup until smooth.
  • Fold in fresh blueberries if using.

Baking

  • Put the batter in a muffin tray with paper cups.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let the muffins cool before serving.

Notes

Experiment with different flavor combinations. You can add nuts, seeds, or other fruits as desired.
