Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats (gluten free if desired)
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup almond butter Can substitute with other nut butters.
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup raw honey (sub maple syrup for vegan)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out approximately 24 small balls.
  • Use your hands to roll them into balls and place them on a plate.
  • Freeze for 10 minutes to help them firm up.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week or freeze for up to 3 months. Use a mix of nut butters for varied flavors and adjust sweetness as needed.
