For Dipping Sauces

  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce For fresh spring rolls
  • 1/4 cup peanut sauce For a nutty dip

For Salad Rolls

  • 1 cup crispy lettuce Base for salad rolls
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables Various options like carrots, peppers
  • 1 medium avocado Sliced for creaminess
  • 1 cup cooked chicken Shredded or sliced

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Soak rice paper sheets in warm water for 10-15 seconds until pliable.
  • Lay the soaked rice paper on a clean, damp surface.
  • Place desired fillings in the center, being careful not to overfill.
  • Fold the bottom edge over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly.
  • Moisten the top edge with water to seal the roll.

Cooking

  • For fried rolls, heat oil in a skillet and fry the rolls until golden brown.
  • For baked rolls, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for about 15 minutes.

Notes

Feel free to get creative with fillings! Try incorporating different proteins and vegetables to suit your taste. Store leftover rice paper in an airtight container.
