  • 1 pound Ground beef patties Don't overcook the beef; they should be juicy.
  • 4 slices Cheese (American or preferred type) American cheese melts nicely and gives that classic burger taste.
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Big Mac sauce Homemade sauce is recommended for best flavor.

Preparation

  • Cook the ground beef patties in a skillet until browned and cooked through.
  • Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.

Assembly

  • Assemble the tacos by placing a beef patty on each tortilla.
  • Top with cheese, onions, pickles, and shredded lettuce.
  • Drizzle with homemade Big Mac sauce.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the ingredients separately for up to 2 days. You can also freeze the patties for up to 3 months. Consider adding extra sides like fries or a simple salad for a complete meal.
