  • Marinate the wings for 30 minutes to boost flavor.

Making the Sauce

  • Melt butter in a heavy-bottomed pan and whisk in flour until golden brown.
  • Sauté the onions and garlic in the roux until softened.
  • Gradually whisk in warm chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

Cooking the Wings
