  • 4 pieces flour tortillas
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste Salt

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Remove from heat and stir in feta cheese.

Cooking

  • Place one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with mozzarella, and top with the spinach-feta mixture.
  • Place another tortilla on top and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Remove from heat, cut into wedges, and serve.

Notes

Serve warm, cut into wedges. Pair with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
