  • 48 ounces fully cooked frozen Homestyle Meatballs Use frozen for convenience.
  • 12 ounces Sweet red chili sauce Recommended brand: Thai Kitchen.
  • 20 ounces Grape jelly
  • 20 ounces canned Pineapple tidbits Drained before adding.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the frozen meatballs in your crockpot and add the sweet red chili sauce.
  • Next, add in the grape jelly and drained pineapple tidbits.
  • Stir everything together to coat the meatballs evenly.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on high for 1-2 hours or on low for 3-4 hours.
  • Uncover and stir again before serving.

Notes

For more heat, add red pepper flakes to the sauce. Serve with a side of rice to balance the flavors. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2-3 months.
