Main Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix (15.25 oz.)
  • 1 can pumpkin puree (15 oz.)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a donut pan or spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix and the pumpkin puree. Stir until the mixture is well combined and smooth.

Baking

  • Spoon the batter into a large resealable plastic bag. Cut off one corner of the bag to create a piping bag.
  • Pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about two-thirds full.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a donut comes out clean.
  • Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serving

  • Enjoy your Two-Ingredient Pumpkin Donuts plain or sprinkle them with powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar, or a simple glaze for extra sweetness.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

Notes

For extra flavor, feel free to add spices like cinnamon or nutmeg to the batter. These donuts can also be topped with chocolate chips or nuts before baking.
